Join us for a live tasting of our latest Club whiskey, The Liberator Ruby Port Matured Single Malt. This rare release from The Liberator series is a double-distilled single malt Irish whiskey that spent 9 patient years maturing, its final chapter unfolding in a single, 110-litre Ruby Port cask. That small cask size means more intense interaction between the whiskey and the wood, resulting in a deep, concentrated bold finish.
