The Dundalk couple Anthony & Katie Sheehy launched Irish Whiskey Auctions in 2018, which is the first ever online platform in Ireland for buying and selling whiskey. It has since grown to be one of Ireland’s top whiskey auction websites.
Irish Whiskey Auctions also wants to make shipping Irish whiskey to the United States easier and cheaper. Stories & Sips Whiskey Club members receive 25% off all shipping costs. This discount alone more than pays for the membership based on the purchases many of you make at auction.
Clare Island Whiskey
Hurry and grab a bottle of Clare Island Single Malt–the first ever Irish Single Malt aged lovingly by the sea. Born and bred on Clare Island, Carl O’ Grady has generously offered our club members a 20 Euro discount on this bottle. Its unique cask-bearer, known as The Dolphin, underwent renovations following its untimely sinking in 2000. Currently, it is sailing over the waters around Clare Island with a single barrel of single malt whiskey from Connacht Distillery in Ballina.
