Jennifer and her husband have built their distillery in the heart of County Tipperary from the ground up and have a hands-on perspective on the costs associated with planning, building and running a whiskey distillery.
Jennifer, with her background in accounting and finance, brings a rare combination of financial experience and distilling savvy to the distillery and will hold nothing back in sharing the economics of running her business, discussing the challenges and obstacles they face and share the considerations that have to be factored in to get their whiskey to your glass.
