We had a great chat with the three Clancy siblings who founded Lough Ree Distillery in 2018 on our Meet The Makers event. We learned about golden goat awards, Ireland’s only micro-distillery in a butcher shop, the world’s only gin distilled with peat particles, the story of how a piece of hard cheese killed Ireland’s legendary Queen Maeve and we got the scoop on the states in the U.S. where Bart’s Irish Whiskey is headed in September.

It was a great chance to hear about the vision for the new distillery too which breaks ground in Lanesborough, Co. Longford this year and the plans for whiskey at the new site. You can catch a replay of the event below if you couldn’t join us live.
