Our first official club tasting of 2025 features two Irish whiskey bonders and one distiller, each offering a different perspective and take on the world of Irish whiskey.The whiskeys
We will taste samples of each of the below whiskeys:
- J.J. Corry Single Grain Bonder’s Edition (winner of Best Irish Single Grain at World Whiskies Awards 2024).
- Shortcross Irish whiskey Distiller’s Duo – a unique blend of single malt and single pot still Irish whiskeys distilled and matured entirely at Rademon Estate Distillery.
- Two Stacks Single Pot Still finished in Cab Franc Ice wine casks and bottled at cask strength.
This is a great chance to learn about three different approaches to Irish whiskey from the people behind them.
