The Craic Irish Whiskey Cocktail Recipes

We tasked Mark Lonergan, Manager of The Shelbourne Bar in Cork, Ireland to make two cocktails that make the most of our Club whiskey, The Craic.
He didn’t disappoint! Mark prepared both of these cocktails during our Festival of Grain and they were perfect!
All Gas, No Brakes
A Paloma with the Irish twist. Refreshingly boozy with the character of The Craic shining through but no hint of that high ABV.Ingredients:
45ml The Craic
25ml Dark Rum. Mark used Plantation Pineapple Dark Rum – though insists the choice of dark rum be yours!
15 ml sugar syrup
20ml lime juice
20ml grapefruit juice.Club soda top and sea salt rim

A refreshing summer drink that evokes memories of World Cup 1990 when Ireland miraculously reached the quarter finals of the biggest football competition in the world.Ingredients:
50ml The Craic
30ml Amaro (Mark used Stillgarden)
20ml Orange infused Sugar SyrupCream float with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
