August 19th-21st
- Arrive into Dublin Airport
- Whiskey Bus transfer to Clontarf Castle Hotel, our home for 2 nights
- Welcome Drinks Reception Saturday evening at Pearse Lyons Distillery
- Cocktail making class at Roe & Co Distillery
- Historic Whiskey Walking Tour of Dublin with Michael Carr & David O’Connell
- Whisky Tasting at the iconic Palace Bar
- A few surprises along the way
August 21st-22nd
- A visit to the new home of W.D. O’Connell Whiskey Merchants in Kilmacthomas, Waterford
- Historic tour of the famine-era Workhouse building, a sampling from the casks and a chance to watch whiskey bottling at work
- Lunch at W.D. O’Connell with founder Daithi O’Connell
- Whiskey Bus transfer to our home for the night, Faithlegg House Hotel
- Whiskey Tasting in the hotel that evening with surprise guests
August 22nd-26th
- Whiskey Bus transfer to the port town of Cobh in County Cork for a choice of history and whiskey experiences
- The Metropole Hotel in Cork is our home for four nights
- Tasting Event at the award-winning Shelbourne Bar in Cork
- Whiskey on the Water/Bushmills on a Boat Cork Harbour Cruise
- A day in Clonakilty with Master Distiller Oisin Mulcahy and founder Michael Scully including distillery tour, masterclass & tasting, visit to family barley fields
- A day with the Midleton Masters – a full day at the famed Midleton Distillery with private behind-the-scenes experiences with Master Distiller Kevin O’Gorman and Master Cooper Ger Buckley
- Enjoy a private Irish Whiskey Academy session at Midleton Distillery and lunch onsite before sampling rare whiskeys at the Distiller’s Cottage.
- Private access to Ireland’s largest whiskey selection at IrishMalts where you’ll be free to purchase hard to get whiskeys and those on your shopping list, all of which will be shipped home for you as part of your tour
Total trip price: $3150 per person sharing. $500 single supplement if desired.
