Day 1 – August 20th

  • Arrive into Dublin Airport
  • Bus transfer to hotel
  • Welcome Drinks Reception that evening at a Dublin Whiskey Distillery
  • Overnight at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel


Day 2 – August 21st

  • A day on the tracks with a full day journey from Dublin to Kilkenny and back on a vintage stream train hosted by Whiskey on the Tracks
  • Enjoy whiskeys as you steam through the Irish countryside
  • Three course meal and whiskey tasting in Kilkenny led by Irish Distillers Brand Ambassador Ger Garland
  • Whiskey experience on the journey back to Dublin
  • Overnight at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel


Day 3 – August 22nd

  • Private behind-the-scenes tour at Dublin’s Teeling Distillery before it opens to the public
  • A chance to meet the makers of the Spirit of Dublin
  • Lunch at the distillery
  • Guided walking tour of old Dublin around the neighborhoods surrounding Jameson’s Bow St. Distillery
  • A behind-the-scenes tour of the famed Bow St. Distillery
  • Private whiskey tasting event with a surprise lineup of whiskeys at Dublin’s famed Palace Bar
  • Overnight at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel


Day 4 – August 23rd

  • Board The Whiskey Bus and depart Dublin
  • Visit the famed Slane Distillery & Castle in Co. Meath for a private tour
  • Lunch at Slane Distillery before boarding The Whiskey Bus
  • Evening music, whiskey and storytelling session (Lock-in!) at J.J. Sheehy’s Pub in Dundalk with private whiskey tasting from the teams at Two Stacks Whiskey and Killowen Distillery
  • Overnight at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dundalk


Day 5 – August 24th

  • Board The Whiskey Bus for the journey North
  • Private behind-the-scenes tour of Hinch Distillery followed by lunch at the distillery
  • Cask sampling and owner-led private tour at Rademon Estate Distillery
  •  Visit The Echlinville Distillery Estate for a private behind-the-scenes tour followed by barbecue cook-out, jazz and bluegrass music and whiskey tasting on the estate 
  • Overnight at Europa Hotel in Belfast


Day 6 – August 25th

  • Board The Whiskey Bus for the land of Giants.
  • Enjoy a private behind-the-scenes tour of Old Bushmills Distillery with Master Blender Alex Thomas and Brand Ambassador Lauren McMullan with some surprises along the way
  • Share a group whiskey toast on the rocks of the Giant’s Causeway with the Bushmills team.
  • Pub Tour of Belfast’s Whiskey Bars including The Duke of York, Bittles Bar, The Dark Horse and maybe more.
  • Overnight at Europa Hotel in Belfast


Day 7 – August 26th

  • Tour Titanic Belfast and step back in time to experience the shipbuilding history of Belfast
  • Enjoy a walking tour of Belfast’s whiskey history
  • Visit the world famous Friend at Hand Whiskey Museum & Bar for some shopping
  • A farewell dinner and whiskey pairing to round out our week-long adventure
  • Overnight at Europa Hotel in Belfast


Day 8 – August 27th

  • The Whiskey Bus transfer to Dublin Airport
  • Whiskey purchases transferred to Irish Whiskey Auctions for shipping to the US



  • 3 payments of US$750 (Approx. Eur 710)
  • Price based on per person sharing
  • First payment due upon reserving a place with the balance payable in two easy payments (or in full) in June and July
  • Single supplement of $800 payable for a single room through we can pair up travelers based on preferences to avoid this fee
  • *Stories & Sips Whiskey Club members can avail of a $50 per member discount on the trip

  • Shipping of whiskey back to the US (Stories & Sips Whiskey Club members can avail of 25% off shipping costs with Irish Whiskey Auctions)

Let us know you’d like to reserve your place on the bus by filling out the details below. This allows us to start a conversation with you about the trip.

We will then contact you over the next 72 hours to answer any questions you might have and take payment if you’re ready to reserve your spaces. If the Whiskey Bus trip does not proceed (if we cannot reach the minimum number of 30 people), we will of course refund any and all payments.

Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis and we will operate a waiting list once we reach capacity (paid reservations).
