The team at McConnell’s Irish Whisky were kind enough to bring us behind the scenes at Crumlin Road Gaol in Belfast to see the progress being made on the construction of their new distillery.
Belfast Distillery Company CEO John Kelly, Master Distiller Graeme Miller and Brand Manager Sarah Kennedy treated us to an in-depth tour of the iconic Victorian-era jail being turned into a state of the art distillery and we brought the cameras to document it all.
