Introducing our newest Club Whiskey: 19yr Old Dunville’s Single Malt Irish Whiskey
The Whiskey
Introducing our newest (and indeed oldest) exclusive release to date – a stunning double distilled 19 year old Single Malt from Dunville’s Irish Whiskey, the 6th whiskey in the Stories & Sips Whiskey Club collection to date.
This exquisite whiskey spent 15 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel and almost 5 years in a first-fill single Oloroso Sherry Hogshead before being bottled at 54.5% ABV. Yielding a maximum of 220 bottles, this whiskey is a stunning example of the incredible skill the team at Echlinville Distillery have demonstrated in utilizing the highest quality fortified wine casks to create rich, luxurious single malts for us to enjoy.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, thick orange marmalade notes dominate while the subtle cellar note of vintage wood, macerated apricots and vanilla soaked sponge cake hint at a rich palate which doesn’t disappoint.
Jammy and viscous in its mouthfeel, cola bottles and chewy raisin notes are balanced on the palate by the snap, crackle and tingling pop of white pepper and ginger spices. Toasted almonds and stewed plums bring us to a wonderfully balanced finish.
4 years and 10 months in a first fill Oloroso hogshead, and it shows… It’s a stunner! One of my favourite Dunville’s to date, love it. – Jarlath Watson, Director, Echlinville Distillery.
