Tim is a seasoned Irish whiskey professional having served as market advisor to Bord Bia - Ireland's Food Board, led the Tullamore DEW Ambassador team in the United States and co-wrote "From Barley to Blarney", the acclaimed Irish whiskey book with the co-founders of The Dead Rabbit, all before setting up Lost Irish Whiskey in 2020.
Tim will share his whiskey journey that led to the setting up of his own venture, what building an Irish whiskey business from the ground up has been like, all the details of Lost Irish's unique 6 barrel maturation and the details of where you can find the whiskey in the United States.
