We also learn about what makes the new Tullamore distillery in Ireland unique and what we might expect from them over the coming years. We’ll be sipping on Tullamore D.E.W original as well as Tullamore D.E.W. 14yr old and I’ll then be pouring a drop of Jameson Distiller’s Safe to mark Midleton Master Distiller Brian Nation’s last few days in the distillery before he moves to the U.S.
