On June 2nd at 7pm EST, Stories & Sips welcomes Irish whiskey blender and distiller Oisín Mulcahy (formerly of Dingle, Killarney and Clonakilty Distilleries) for a special live Meet The Maker event exploring one of the most fascinating new ideas in whiskey education.

Oisín is the creator of The Accord Method, a blending framework inspired by the world of perfumery that teaches whiskey lovers how to understand, structure, and blend whiskeys with intention rather than guesswork.

Built from his years working professionally in Irish whiskey production and blending, the method breaks whiskey down into layers while also teaching participants how to “read” a whiskey across flavor dimensions.

During the evening, we’ll dive into:
