Copeland Distillery

Copeland Distillery

In 2019, Northern Ireland-based Copeland Spirits signed a very long lease to build a distillery, visitor centre and events space in the town of Donaghadee in Co. Down.

To date, Copeland Distillery has released a range of their own gins and spirits. Small batch whiskey is also being produced currently, but has not yet been released. Whiel they wait for their sleeping whiskey to wake from its slumber, the distillery has released a sourced whiskey called Merchants’ Quay Blended Irish Whiskey.

Inspired by the Copeland Distillery’s 125-year lease on their site, ‘The 125″ reserve offers investors the opportunity to own one of 125 casks of this first release.

This whiskey will age for at least five years before being released by the distillery or by cask owners.
