Carl O’ Grady, born and raised on Clare Island off Ireland's West Coast, has turned his vision into a stunning reality–the first ever Irish Single Malt aged lovingly by the sea. Its unique cask-bearer, a boat dubbed The Dolphin, was reworked after its unfortunate sinking in the year 2000 after its 30-year service to his family. Now, it cruises over the waters of Clare Island bearing a single cargo, a cask of single malt make spirit from the Connacht Distillery in Ballina.
