Description
Nose: Orange Marmalade, yellow late season soft apple, a little hint of salinity or brine even.
Palate: Caramel, nuttiness, some wine cask influence in the middle. Gives way to brioche and honey caramel.
Finish: EXTRA long, a lovely creaminess in the texture with some honeycomb crisp and green apple at the end.
