Decision time: Is our first Club whiskey ready to bottle?

Our 12 year old Single Grain Whiskey – a collaboration with Two Stacks Irish Whiskey – has been resting for the past few months in a California-style Madeira Cask at Killowen Distillery and we believe it could be ready to be bottled.
In this video we decide live on air whether it’s time or not! We taste a sample drawn from the cask 6 weeks ago and a sample drawn the week of this tasting to compare them. Check out our tasting notes, thoughts on ABV and next steps.
