Exclusive Irish Whiskey Auctions Discounted Shipping & More
I’ve been a very happy customer of Irish Whiskey Auctions since the launch of Ireland’s first online platform for the buying and selling of whiskey in 2018 and today am thrilled to announce a partnership with the company thanks to the generosity of its founders Anthony and Katie Sheehy.

For the first time ever, two of the oldest and most expensive bottles of Irish whiskey ever brought to market will be up for auction to be bought individually or together if you’re keen to own the first two in the six-strong Midleton Very Rare Silent Distillery Collection. Never before have these two extraordinarily rare whiskeys been available on one auction platform to be able to secure. These are long-term investments or whiskeys to crack open for a very special occasion. Like a Tuesday with coffee.

Announcement #2
One of the biggest challenges with purchasing whiskey from Ireland for delivery to the United States is the high shipping costs. Retailers rarely have any control over these costs which always seem to go up. Irish Whiskey Auctions wants to make shipping Irish whiskey to the United States easier and cheaper than anywhere else and today are announcing that Stories & Sips Whiskey Club members will now receive 25% off all shipping costs – a massive saving and one that alone more than pays for the membership of the Stories & Sips Whiskey Club (based on the purchases many of you make at auction!)
All you have to do to avail of this discount is: 1) Be a member in good standing of the Stories & Sips Whiskey Club. 2) Email Irish Whiskey Auctions after your successful bids of items in any of their upcoming auctions. In the near future a unique Club discount code will be made available for your use but for now to ensure swift rollout of this discount, the savings will be applied manually by the team at Irish Whiskey Auctions once you contact them.

Save the date of March 18th! It’s the Friday of St. Patrick’s week and Stories & Sips and Irish Whiskey Auctions will be coming together for a live event that we’ll be streaming around the world. We’re hosting a very special Lock-in event at 7pm Eastern/Midnight Irish time. Live from a secret (to be announced location) outside Dundalk in Ireland, we’ll have an event full of Irish whiskey, craic, maybe a tune or three and the chance to join us in-person if in the area! Mark your calendars. Full details will be announced very soon!
It will be a fantastic end to a St. Patrick’s week of celebrating Ireland.
