The Dead Rabbit in New York is the four-time recipient of Best Bar in North America and the 2016 World’s Best Bar. The team behind this iconic bar, opened in 2013, have not only built one of the most awarded bars in the world, they’ve launched their own whiskey, written multiple books and have no plans on slowing down.
I’m be joined by co-owner of The Dead Rabbit, Belfast man Jack McGarry, who I ask about what he believes is behind their growth and success, their iconic Irish whiskey list and whiskey cocktails and we talk about their future growth plans.
